Timing: 48 hours after access and scope are confirmed

- Agreed core flows rebuilt
- Lists and suppressions structured for import
- Agreed reusable email templates rebuilt
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup checked
- Suppression-first import and warmup plan
- Final review and handover

Refund terms:
If the agreed migration is not completed within 48 hours, the customer may request a full refund. Missing access, provider compliance reviews and customer-requested scope changes pause the clock.

Not included unless agreed in writing:
Additional brands, custom integrations, net-new lifecycle strategy, extra copywriting and provider subscription fees.
